Welcome to Year 2!
Dear Parents / Carers of Year 2 children,
We hope you had a lovely break and are ready for the last half term in Year 2.
Our topic this half term is ‘Celebrations’.
Your children have worked so hard this year that it’s time to unwind and have some fun!
We will still be working hard to make sure we achieve all our Year 2 standards before we start rehearsing for the end of year show ‘Swansong’.
Please take note of what happens on each day in Year 2 and ensure your child is equipped and ready for a successful day.

Year 2 Class Collective Worship
On Wednesday 4th July, Year 2 will be having their Class Collective Worship. We can’t wait to show you what we have been doing throughout the year and celebrate our success with you. We hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you in the hall at 2.30pm. On Friday 6th July, it will be Year 2’s Cake Sale. We will be asking for donations of cakes and biscuits closer to the time.
The KS1 Sat’s Results will be shared during your child’s end of year report. These will be given out on Friday 20th July!
We have loved working with your child this year and look forward to our final half term before they move into the juniors! Thank you for all your continued support,
